Michele is responsible for managing our economic analysis and auditing outputs. She is an experienced financial analyst with a background in facilities management and she brings exceptional operational knowledge to our business delivering the analysis of client’s financial data and our benchmarking services.
Having previously worked for three large players in the FM world, she has developed my skills in benchmarking, assisting our clients and helping drive best practices.
Michele has vast analysis experience and has worked with some of the UK’s most prestigious business and industry clients, including BAE Systems, Centrica, and DEFRA. Michele also understands the university sector and is working with AUDE to create the benchmarking report for cleaning and associated services. Her university client project portfolio includes Manchester, UAL, UCL, Birkbeck, Solent, Bristol and Sunderland Universities.
Michele provides true analytical, benchmarked synopses and thought-provoking reports on given service provisions against the university, private, and public sectors. She measures the impact of our options appraisals to ensure such options meet client needs, are measurable in quality and cost, and that any change programme can be delivered on time.
