Her main goal is to increase asset value while minimising our clients' risks and maximising returns.
She is an experienced surveyor with vast experience evaluating pre- and post-inspections, Condition Surveys, and Defect Assessments.
She can manage complex site programmes, including sub-contractors, materials, and PPM schedules.
Anna has a proven track record of success, having worked with numerous clients to develop their strategy and identify cost efficiencies and savings over the operational life of an asset. She has also been responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and refurbishment projects at prestigious locations such as the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, The German Embassy, Windsor Castle, and Somerset House.
