Under John and Karl’s stewardship, LitmusFM has reported a 300% increase in revenue year-on-year and their client base tripling, with multiple projects lined up for 2024. The rocketing growth is down to the team’s unrivalled experience, business acumen and a canny knack to perfectly pair specialist experienced consultants with key projects.

In a restructuring last year, the business was split into two specialist areas: FM Consultancy and Asset Management, with John and Karl taking on the roles of Chief Commercial and Operating Officers respectively. The FM team works across a broad spectrum of sectors, including higher education, Healthcare, Sport and leisure, and Retail destinations.
